This study aims to systematically examine the effect of the Discovery Learning model assisted by Student
Worksheets (LKPD) on senior high school students’ critical thinking skills. The research employs a literature
review method by analyzing various scholarly sources, including journal articles, conference proceedings, and
relevant books related to the topic. Data were collected through documentation techniques and analyzed using a
content analysis approach to identify patterns, findings, and trends from previous studies. The results of the
review indicate that the implementation of the Discovery Learning model integrated with LKPD consistently
contributes positively to the improvement of students’ critical thinking skills. This is because the model
encourages students to actively construct knowledge, engage in exploration, and develop analytical and
evaluative thinking skills. Furthermore, the use of LKPD helps structure the learning process in a more systematic
and guided manner. In conclusion, the Discovery Learning model assisted by LKPD is an effective instructional
approach for enhancing students’ critical thinking skills, particularly at the senior high school level.
